I'm very glad that you'll go to London to watch the Olympic Games. I know it isn't easy to learn a foreign language, but I have some ideas that may help. Firstly, it's very important to listen to the teacher carefully in class and make some notes so that you can go over your lessons later. Secondly, try to catch every chance to practice speaking, both in and out of class. Don't be afraid of making mistakes. Then the best way to learn English well is by listening and reading English as much as possible. What's more, I find making flashcards is very helpful.

Recently we’ve had a discussion about whether we should go out and do some volunteer work after we finish our school. Some students think it’s not safe for young people to do things like that.
